Furniture might look nice, but it's very low quality. Bought 5 complete bedroom sets to furnish a new house. One bed broke within the first week of use - one of the slats that support the mattress snapped in half. Two other beds broke within 3 months in the same way - the main long spars bearing all the beds' weight broke in half. This stuff is garbage, go somewhere else and get furniture that will last more than a few months.
They have a huge selection however determine what your budget is and stick to it because like any good sales man they are gonna show you the bells and whistles first. We explained what and where we needed our range and think we did a good job and so did the sales man helping us finding that. The only thing I'm not a fan of is the new way these companies do the financing you get approval from a place you have no info on. You get a one page with several different finance company names and numbers and a verbal this is what your payment is. I guess it's up to you to register with that company to make your payments???

Horrible, horrible service! The lamp was missing from the se that we ordered. I called them that same day to let them know. They said it'll come in 5-10days. It did but they only sent the shade! So i called again and they told me they are going to place the order again. Almost three weeks has passed and still no lamp! I called again and was told there is no order in place! I am pissed! But i didn't lay it on the call representative of course. Not her fault. I asked them the eta. They are unable to put the order in because it shows that i got the lamp, which i didn't. I don't feel like i deserve all this kind of inconvenience. Everything is paid for before we left the showroom, very convenient for them. I am not coming back. I will shop somewhere else. Listen to the reviews.
