My physical therapist refused to listen to me, and I ended up getting further injured. Neither she, the director nor one of the owners cared to ask how bad my injury was before or after. Neither cared enough to ask for the results of the x-ray either. Doctors who care about their patients do not behave this way and definately do not add to injuries.
This is a great place for PT. The staff offers individual attention and Dr. Steven really listens to your concerns and helps you work your way through the healing process.
It is painfully obvious that Mrs. Rogers, aka Corvus Tasmanicus is a bitter and unhappy individual just by looking at the reviews on this website and her reviews for all the businesses she frequents. Don't let this one bad apple spoil the rest of your reviews. Besides seeking physical therapy, perhaps Mrs. Rogers should seek mental health therapy as well.
This is the best PT place I've every been to. The Dr's and tech are great. They take the time to get tip know you, and they call you by your name. They use exercises and stretching instead of heat or ice or just massage. In a week I have seen a huge difference and more flexability in my knee. When I have the left knee operated on I will be coming back here. Great place for PT.
Love the staff here they are so amazing!! I've never met a good of people as nice and caring as the staff here
